Mission Statement
I have been in the business of bringing buyers and sellers of real estate together since 1982 - creating opportunities for them to achieve their objectives and facilitating transactions which have resulted in desired benefits to both. My mission is to continually strive to exceed the expectations of my customers and clients through uncompromising levels of honesty, education and technology, proving myself worthy of their trust and friendship, so that I may become a long-term friend and advisor.

Century 21 Real Estate
The Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) is the highest Designation awarded to sales associates in the residential sales field. The CRS Designation recognizes professional accomplishments in both experience and education. Since 1977 the Council of Residential Specialists has been conferring the CRS Designation on agents who meet its stringent requirements. Currently, only 5% of Realtors nationwide have obtained the CRS Designation.

- Every three years Brokers in Colorado are required to complete 24 classroom hours of continuing education. Rick has completed an average of 30 hours EVERY YEAR. Most recently receiving the ePRO designation.
Triangle of Values
In construction, the strongest geometric shape is a triangle. Each side lends strength to the other, carrying more weight and withstanding time better than any other configuration. My business is built from the three sides of my Triangle of Values.
